The thick balm melts and tangles as it adheres to your hair. The oil has a slightly sticky texture, so it can be a bit heavy when used on dry hair, so I use it after towel drying. Drying with these two products leaves my hair feeling moisturized and smooth. Since it's a product specifically for damaged hair, I thought it might be quite heavy, but it gives it just the right amount of moisture and shine, which is great.

It's a bit tricky... First of all, the texture is thick, as everyone has said. I absolutely love the scent!!! The bergamot is amazing! Because it was thick, I was excited to get soft, bouncy hair... but the results were average? Or rather, it might be better without it... Incidentally, I have thin, soft, straight hair with a curly perm. Maybe it's better for people with coarser hair?

The amount may seem small, but the rich texture means even a small amount will spread throughout the ends of your hair, so even if you use it every day, it won't run out that much and I think it's good value for money.
