Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to try out. It really smooths out my skin texture. I plan to buy the lotion again. This size is great because you can't really tell the difference with just one pouch.
I can't even count how many bottles I've repurchased. I have oily skin and don't like thick textures, but this one is smooth and really feels like water, so it's easy to use. It doesn't dramatically get rid of acne, but in a good way, it doesn't make much of a difference, so I can use it with confidence. If I switch to another lotion, my skin will get rougher, so I'm afraid to use anything else. I think I've repurchased about 10 bottles now. I recommend soaking a cotton pad in the product and wiping it off.
