Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When you smell it directly, it smells like the scent of a duty-free shop. When you add it to hot water, the scent becomes mellow, and you can even detect honey in the background. It moisturizes the skin and has a lovely scent, making bath time a pleasure. I also have the HACCI bath essence, and to be honest, the scent doesn't last as long after adding it to hot water, but I feel like it lasts longer than the bath essence. I'd like to try the other three types as well.
The moment I put it in, I was impressed by the wonderful scent and how soothing it was! However, it quickly disappeared, which was disappointing. My skin felt a little moisturized. The packaging is cute, so I'd be happy to receive it, but I don't think I would buy it myself.

This color sold out on the first day of release, so I quickly bought it here. The scent is great, but the amount you use is large and it's a bit pricey. Perfect for a gift.
The scent is nice when you put it in, but not so much afterwards. The packaging was nice, but I didn't feel it was worth the price, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
