Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a subtle scent, but I don't find it particularly unpleasant. It's so subtle that it doesn't bother me. It has a thick texture, but when I apply it to my skin, it blends in smoothly and doesn't feel sticky. I have dry skin, but it feels moisturizing. It claims to promote beauty with 42 days of use, so I think one bottle will last for 42 days. The sample looked good, so I bought it and decided to try it out after 42 days to see how it would turn out.
Just one application provides deep, long-lasting moisture. My skin tends to dry out during the day, so using this product helps keep it hydrated.
It's incredibly moisturizing! Applying it twice helps it blend in well and keeps your skin moisturized! I recommend using it as a whole line as it gives you a satisfying feeling.
I really feel the moisture in my dry skin! I bought this after being recommended by a beauty advisor at the store. It has a slightly thick texture, spreads easily, and is easy to use. When I used other lotions, I felt dryness from the inside, but with this, I really feel like my skin is moisturized from the inside. I heard there is a cream in the same line, so I'm thinking of buying it.
I can really feel the high penetration power as it fills deep into my skin. When I apply it after using Fusion Solution, my skin becomes strong enough to withstand the north wind. When I touch my cheeks before washing my face in the morning and evening, they feel soft and supple, and as long as I use KANEBO, I feel reassured that I don't have to worry about getting older. I've been using Skin Essence V, and both are excellent, so I want to keep them both on hand, and I immediately ordered a refill. By the way, the large cap is a universal design feature that makes it easy for anyone to hold.
