Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my favorite lotion and I keep repurchasing it! It's not sticky but it's moisturizing, so my face doesn't feel dry when I wake up in the morning! I think it can be used all year round.

It's easy to use and not sticky, but I don't think there's anything particularly special about it. The serum from the same series is sufficient.
It's been a week since I started using it. It's reasonably priced and comes in a large quantity! You can splash it around and it's great value for money! After a week of using it, I feel like my skin has become softer. Maybe it's because my skin has become softer, but I feel like the lotion is absorbing more easily than before.
