Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's great for lazy people! It doesn't keep your skin super moisturized until the morning, but it's nice and moisturizing. The texture is smooth and has a grainy texture. The scent is also soothing, perfect for wearing at bedtime.

I received this as a gift. I've used Ampoule's serums before, but this is my first time using the pack. It contains small particles that disappear as you spread it. It has a relaxing scent, and since it's a pack, it doesn't feel sticky when used before bed, but it doesn't absorb immediately and feels like it remains on the skin. The firmness of the skin is different the next morning after use, so I'd like to continue using one bottle to see if that changes anything.
