Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a shampoo with this scent so I bought a single dose. I really liked the wash and the scent.
I was intrigued by the fact that it was co-developed with Ungrid, so I bought it. It lathered well, but it was more refreshing than dense, and my hair felt refreshed after washing. After using the treatment, the moisturized, refreshing feeling was no longer a concern, and my hair felt smooth and less frizzy even after drying and the next day. The scent was also great!
I previously purchased the pouch version and found it very pleasant to use, and especially liked the scent, so I decided to purchase this to use it more seriously. The woody scent is soothing, and I also love how it leaves my hair soft and manageable after blow-drying.
The scent is quite woody. The shampoo lathers well, but it feels a bit rough. The conditioner makes it easier to run your fingers through, so overall it's good.
It leaves your skin feeling gentle after washing and has a nice scent.
