It is a two-layer formula, so turning the bottle up and down a few times mixes the oil and water phases into an even blend. Use it right after mixing so it performs as intended.

No. It is designed to remove makeup and cleanse in one step, so a separate cleanser is not required. If you wear heavy or waterproof makeup, you can double cleanse for a fuller removal.
What does the vitamin C do in a cleansing oil?
The nano vitamin C derivative and mild acids target the look of clogged, dark, and rough pores as makeup and buildup lift away, so skin looks clearer after rinsing even though it is a wash-off step.
Should I use it on wet or dry skin?

Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won this as a gift! It removes makeup well without drying it out! It's very comfortable to use and I highly recommend it.
It's just great!! It thoroughly removes mascara, lipstick, and tint with just one cleanse, and it doesn't leave any tightness, pain, or stinging. I love it, but I don't have to scrub, so it's great for my skin, and I recommend it.
I happened to come across this in the cosmetics section of an Aeon store. Who knew Perfect One Focus had a cleansing oil? I've never seen it at other drugstores, so I wonder if it's a limited edition. I'm a big fan of this brand's cleansing balms, so I wondered what the oil would be like, and bought it. It's thick and easy to blend. It's very similar to FANCL and Attenir oils. It's the texture I like. (I'm not a fan of smooth types.) It cleanses easily, isn't sticky, and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. The texture and the feeling after washing were just what I like. Perfect One Focus never disappoints. I'd like to buy it again, but there's no Aeon store nearby. I wish more stores carried it.
It has a nice citrus scent. I wonder if it's effective at removing pore dirt?
I won this in a giveaway! Here are my impressions after using up almost the entire bottle. It's an oil cleanser, but it washes off relatively quickly. The scent isn't too strong, a citrus scent that I like. However, to be honest, I wasn't sure if it was effective at cleaning my pores.
