These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought it after seeing it featured on YouTube. It's soft and chewy and seems easy to use with various foundations.
The soft and elastic puff allows for quick and even application, making it easier to use than applying with your fingers. This is my first purchase, so I'm not sure about its durability, but if it holds up well, I'll buy it again.
It's an easy-to-use puff!! However, after washing it, it no longer fits into my cushion foundation case...
The shape is perfect, giving you a beautiful finish even in the smallest details, and it adheres tightly to your skin, preventing your makeup from smudging and giving you the best finish. I've tried many different puffs, but this one is so comfortable to use that I keep buying it again and again!!
It looks great, is easy to hold, and doesn't stain or clog easily. I'm glad I bought it. It's just as the reviewers have said. I'll update later about its durability after using it.
