Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This was provided to me by KATE through Monican. It's the Eyebrow Pencil Super Slim 0.8 in Grayish Brown. I've been really interested in this one. It's like a mechanical pencil. Remove the cap and twist the back to release the lead. The lead is covered by a protective pipe. Use it by pulling it out little by little to avoid pulling out too much. The protective pipe lowers along with the lead when you use it, so it doesn't get caught on anything. If you pull out too much, you can safely push it back down to return the lead to the case. The grayish brown is a color close to my natural hair color, and I think it blends well with my skin. The ultra-fine lead can be applied at an angle to your skin and drawn with the corner of the lead to create thin lines. It does create thin lines, but it seems like it takes some skill to make your eyebrows look natural. I also liked how easy it was to apply. #Monican #KATE #EyebrowPencilSuperSlim
It's simple, easy to use, and easy to apply. It gives a natural finish from the outer corner of the eye, and it's resistant to sweat and sebum, so it won't smudge. I highly recommend it! KATE is a safe and reliable product, so it's hard to go wrong with it, and it's one of my favorites!
I tried out the Kate Eyebrow Pencil Super Slim 0.8. It's an eyebrow pencil with an ultra-fine 0.8mm lead. It allows you to draw extremely fine bristles for a natural finish. It feels just like a mechanical pencil! It comes with a protective tube, making it less likely to break. It was incredibly easy to use. I might buy it again when I run out, as it feels so good. It comes in three colors: BR-2 (Olive Brown), BR-3 (Natural Brown), and BR-5 (Grayish Brown). I used Olive Brown. If you're interested, be sure to check it out.
