Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've tried several spot masks, and the plumpness my skin feels after using it is amazing! This one is large for a spot mask, and when I apply it under my eyes, it covers about half of my cheekbones. It's neither too much nor too little, making it easy to use for me. In my case, I style my hair with a hair dryer while wearing a mask in the morning. So, a full-face mask gets in the way when styling my bangs, so a spot mask is much more convenient. I also like and use Lululun's spot mask, but I prefer this one in terms of size and the plumpness it gives my skin. If I had one request for the manufacturer, it would be that it's a little difficult to remove the contents from the package, so I hope they improve that.
