Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The sample I got in the sample bag at the Suzykirei store was so good that it prompted me to buy the full product. In addition to the shampoo and treatment, I also love the hair mask. (I think it's better to use a hair mask, as it changes the finish after drying.) The scent and lather are light. After washing and drying, my hair feels moisturized and smooth to run my fingers through. By using the same Bloom Doll hair mask immediately after shampooing (i.e. before the treatment), the moisturizing ingredients seem to penetrate deep into the hair, reducing dryness and leaving it supple and manageable. I highly recommend it♪
I was using the regular Himawari shampoo when I received a sample of this product. It's an even better product and is so good that I decided to buy the actual product. It calms down frizzy hair and makes it soft.
I won a prize in a giveaway. It just didn't feel right for my hair. I guess it can't be helped, as it's very dry from the summer sun, the air conditioner, and the heating right now.
