Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought Dear Beaute Bloom Doll shampoo and treatment after watching Kazunosuke's video and finding it to be a great experience. Since my bathroom is cold, a hair mask that can be rinsed off immediately saves time and is convenient to use. The cap is easy to remove, as you pull it off rather than twisting it. My hair gets dry due to static electricity, but this keeps it manageable even after blow-drying, and I feel like it's getting even tamer with use. I'll give it a try for a while.
I have thick, coarse hair, low moisture retention, and wavy hair due to aging, so I felt the effects from the first time. I use a different brand of Chanterelle, but my hair has become softer and easier to manage.
I tried using it together with the shampoo and conditioner. My hair was a bit dry with just the shampoo and conditioner, but using the hair mask made it a little better. After drying, my hair was still prone to tangling, although it was better than without the hair mask. It just doesn't seem to suit me.
I first purchased the 10g + 10g trial pack because the reviews were good. My hair is curly, frizzy, and quite damaged from coloring and perms. Many people have said that it leaves a heavy finish, so I thought it would be just right, but when I dried it, it didn't feel moisturized and manageable. I think it's due to my hair type and the level of damage. I think it would be a good product for people with normal hair types. The scent was nice. It seems like using it once or twice a week is enough to be effective, but I prefer hair packs that can be used daily. So I won't be purchasing the full product.
