Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I think it has a whitening effect and my skin has become brighter. The shape and color of the container are cute.
The texture of the lotion is watery, so it absorbs easily into the skin. However, I find it lacking in moisture during the dry seasons, so I prefer using it in the summer rather than the winter. I continued using it for about a month and didn't experience any skin irritation. The scent is quite distinctive, so some people may not like it. It's a bit disappointing that refills aren't sold, so you have to buy the whole lotion every time.
It smells good and is very easy to use on the skin.
It's not thick, but rather watery, yet it moisturizes well. I bought it on the recommendation of a store clerk, and it's perfect for the change of seasons; it doesn't make my face oily, but on the other hand, it doesn't dry out my skin. According to the store clerk, it lasts for about 1-1.5 months if used morning and night. The scent may be a matter of personal preference, but I like it. It has a sweet, herbal scent? Is that right?
It leaves my skin feeling soft and the scent is so soothing! It's one of my skincare products that I keep on hand because I can use it with confidence even when my skin isn't in good condition!
