Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was attracted by the low price and bought the large size. My income has dropped dramatically, so I wanted to try something cheaper. I don't think it's bad...I don't have any particularly good impressions, but the low price is appealing. I used to use a more expensive shampoo, but I didn't know what the good ingredients were. I've always been concerned about body odor, so if the smell starts to bother me...I'll use a different one. I think I'll keep using it for a while.
I tried any silicone-free shampoo because it was cheap and not bad. However, I didn't feel it was as refreshing as other reviews said. If your hair is relatively strong, not damaged, and you're not too picky about shampoo, this might be the perfect solution.
Apparently my parents used to use this. It was cheap and the name was strange (super mild...??), so I was curious to see what it was and bought it without thinking. The capacity is quite large for the price, and it doesn't irritate my skin and feels gentle to use. I usually use more expensive, more moisturizing shampoos and conditioners, but I think this one is just fine!
I haven't seen it in stores much lately, but I felt nostalgic and was curious about it, so I bought it. It leaves my hair feeling refreshed and clean after washing. I no longer have to worry about scalp odor.
I bought it because it was cheap and had a generous amount. The cleaning power was fine, neither good nor bad. The scent was a bit weak.
