Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a gift and have been using it for about a month. The texture is thicker than a typical emulsion, and it feels oily in a good way. It's like a daytime emulsion that also provides UV protection, but it doesn't feel sticky. It's stable enough that you can skip using day cream before applying makeup, and it doesn't seem to affect makeup breakdown. Maybe two pumps is enough? The bottle is cute and would make a great gift, but you can hardly see how much is left... The bottle itself is quite heavy, so it feels like one day you might suddenly need the last pump... That's the only disappointing thing!
I received this as part of a campaign on Suzykirei! All of PAUL&JOE's products have really cute packaging, and just looking at it makes me feel a little happy! It says you need three pumps, but it spreads well, so I only use two. It's quite heavy...or rather, it feels sticky, so I think using a small amount suits me. It has a nice scent and is moisturizing, so I think it's perfect for winter!
The bottle is so cute and the scent is lovely, I look forward to using it every day. I use Hydra Premiere before applying my toner, and then this repair treatment after. It's highly moisturizing, like a lotion, and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized the next morning.
It's a smooth serum. It doesn't feel sticky after application. It's smooth but still feels moisturizing, so I think it's good considering the price. The box and container it comes in are so cute, just looking at them makes me feel good. Appearance is important, after all.
