Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used the sample for a few days and my skin condition improved. I also liked that it absorbed well into my skin and wasn't sticky. I had always avoided oils, but this product helped me overcome my aversion to them.
I used the sample and my skin felt firm the next day, so I bought the full product. I tried out various uses, finding it to be the best for dryness and firmness, but when I used this after Shiseido's Ultimune, my skin felt incredibly firm the next day, and for the first time in a while, I didn't feel the dryness of winter this year. I tend to get oily, so I wasn't sure about using an oil, but perhaps it was the dryness that made using the oil feel the best. The packaging is cute, so I'll keep an eye on it and get through this winter.
The lovely floral scent is soothing when you apply it! It leaves your skin moist and radiant, but it's not something you can live without, so I probably won't be buying it again.
Since this is just a tester, I don't have a solid impression, but it felt good to use.
