Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My favorite Arau foaming body soap has been renewed, and I found it in stores a few weeks after its release. The foaming and post-wash quality are still the same, and I like it. It leaves your skin feeling very clean. It's good for sticky summer days, but it might be a bit drying in winter. It has a nice, natural scent, but it's not too strong. Also, the scent isn't very strong while you're washing, and it doesn't linger once you rinse it off. It might not be enough for those who want a stronger scent.
I tried this product early as part of a trial campaign. It's an additive-free body soap with a natural aroma. The soft, fine foam leaves a refreshing cleanse. I also like that it can be used by the whole family. I keep it in the bathroom, but the dark bottle makes dirt more visible, which bothers me.
