Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was selected to be a tester for Suzykirei. I love the luxurious scent and feel soothed every time I use my skincare. It has a slightly thick texture and absorbs very well. I really liked the feeling of it filling my skin with moisture. It's moisturizing, but not sticky at all. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and toned. It's no wonder it's called an "invisible sheet mask lotion."
It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling plump and supple just with the lotion. It's not sticky, so it suits me well. The texture is smooth and silky, but not too silky. I think it's a soft lotion. When my skin is particularly dry, I use it as a luxurious cotton pack.
[Updated February 2026] As advertised, this sheet mask leaves a filmy feeling after application, which I feel inhibits the penetration of the serum I apply next. Therefore, I revised my application order. Changing it to "Introducing Serum" → "Light Toner" → "Serum" → "Génifique Lotion" → "Cream" ensures that the beauty ingredients are distributed evenly, and I feel like each product is working better than before. [Posted October 2025] As a loyal user of the "Génifique Ultime Serum," I'd always wondered, "Why doesn't this series have a toner?" Then, when I heard that the toner was finally being released, I knew I had to buy it! I pre-ordered and immediately purchased it on the day of release. Even though I already had a large stock of other toners, I couldn't wait. This toner is truly a Génifique series product. It has a rich, thick texture, just like a serum. I spread a little on my palm and gently pat it into my skin, allowing it to melt and penetrate smoothly. After using it, my skin felt deeply moisturized and my skin texture immediately felt plumper and smoother. I have a feeling it will enhance the effects of Ultime Serum.
It has moisturizing properties and makes the skin elastic. The scent is a bit bothersome.
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei! When applied with a thick lotion, it blends in well and is absorbed quickly! It's thick but has a refreshing feel and isn't sticky, so I felt it suited my skin perfectly. I'd heard that it's best to pat it into your skin until it absorbs, but it absorbs right away. I recommend it.
