Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair is so smooth!
It has a light texture and leaves your skin feeling smooth. I use it in the morning!
The scent is suitable for everyone and doesn't linger for long. It doesn't leave your skin feeling super smooth, but I don't like sticky feeling and I don't like build-up, so I like this level of texture.
It has a gel-type texture that spreads easily and has a lovely scent. The cap closes tightly, making it safe to take with you on trips, and it's not too bulky. One pump dispenses a fairly small amount, so it's easy to adjust the amount. For bobs with a lot of hair, 3-5 pumps is just right. Another great thing about it is that you can use it after styling your hair.
I also use the smooth type of chanterelle. It has a light texture like a milky lotion. It has a subtle scent. It doesn't last very long. Perhaps because they are from the same line, I really like how smooth it makes my hair. I use it in conjunction with the ReFa milk. I like ReFa, but this one feels lighter and tangles better.
