Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My usual scent was sold out and this one was on sale, so I bought it without thinking. It was a mistake... I don't like the smell. It has a strange smell. Is it ammonia-based? Or rather, it has a lingering scent.
I don't know why the reviews are so bad... I love this fruit mix scent! I've bought it so many times. The scent is there when I wash, but it barely lingers and doesn't cause the problems people are saying. Maybe it's because I only use one pump? Anyway, I like it.
