Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
For better or worse, this is a non-sticky mask that only moisturizes. It's similar to Triden, but I like that this one penetrates better and has better ingredients! It's perfect for when you just want to moisturize. Wellage is apparently a very trusted brand in the country too!

First of all, the sheet is smooth and silky, and it feels great to apply to your skin without any stress. However, the application time is supposed to be 10-20 minutes, and when I first tried it for 20 minutes, it seemed a little long for my skin (which is basically oily combination skin, but in winter my cheeks and U-zone tend to be drier), and it actually felt dry. 10 minutes is just right. It's refreshing, so it's fine to use in the morning, and I think I'll be using it more in the spring and summer.
