How to use
<regular use>取适量（约2-3厘米）洁面乳，加水或热水揉搓起泡，然后彻底冲洗干净。<洁面乳>取适量（约2厘米）洁面乳涂抹于干燥的肌肤上，避开眼周区域，并薄薄地涂抹于粗糙部位，例如T区或下巴，停留约30秒。然后加水或温水揉搓起泡，同时冲洗整个面部。停留时间过长可能会导致肌肤干燥。建议每周使用一至两次。</regular>

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my fourth purchase. I used to have trouble with black spots on my nose, but after using a face mask on my nose every morning and night, the black spots on my nose disappeared. Anti-acne cosmetics can be very harsh and can irritate the skin, but this face wash is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. I don't really notice any noticeable acne prevention effects, but I'm happy that it's gentle and gets rid of the black spots on my nose.
My skin felt refreshed after washing, and it gently removed roughness and excess sebum, making it less likely for me to get acne. I used it as a face pack at night, especially on days when I wore heavy makeup or when I was concerned about sebum. Since I only used it on the T-zone, which is an oily area, I didn't feel too dry. It was also good value for money, and I liked that I could use it every day.
When you lather it, it creates a fluffy foam that leaves your skin feeling refreshed without feeling tight! It also has good moisturizing power, just like Nivea (^_^). Since switching to this face wash, my skin irritation has become rarer! I want to keep using it.
This face wash is easy to use and doesn't leave a tight feeling. I don't use it every day, but about twice a week!
It lathers up really well, thoroughly removes dirt from pores and excess sebum, and leaves my skin feeling smooth after washing. The scent is also refreshing and green, which is nice.
