Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Many vitamin C serums are drying or irritating, so it was difficult to find one that suited me. This product had good reviews, so I purchased it. I've only been using it for about a week, so I can't really comment on the exact effects, but so far I haven't had any skin problems and I think it will be useful in the future. What I like about it is that it spreads very easily with just one drop. I feel like it gives my skin a radiant glow. My skin tone seems brighter too... but I felt like the scent was a little strong. Those who are sensitive to that might want to be careful.
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei and have been using it for a few days. Immediately after starting to use it, my skin felt smoother, and the dryness that had been bothering me seemed to have subsided a little. It contains Vitamin C, but it doesn't sting, and since it's Avène, I was impressed with how well I could use it. I've only been using it for a short time, but my skin feels firmer and more radiant, and overall, it feels really good. It has a texture that makes me want to keep using it, and I plan to buy more when I run out.
I really like the feel of it! I was worried that serums and beauty essences would be sticky and difficult to use in the morning, but this one doesn't feel sticky when applied and is smooth. It can be used before applying makeup, so it feels great to use. It makes my skin feel plump when I apply it. I don't usually choose products with strong scents, but the soft floral scent is soothing.
It really works on pores! I noticed firmer skin on the second day after using it. My skin texture became smooth and refined, and my pores became less noticeable. I thought it worked immediately. The slightly light, emulsion-like texture spreads smoothly and absorbs quickly. My skin also felt plump and smooth. After applying lotion, I'm satisfied with this alone, but it's not sticky, so it seems comfortable to use even in the summer. After about a week of using it, my makeup stopped coming off, and my skin felt brighter and more translucent. While it's not specifically formulated for sensitive skin, it's also safe for sensitive skin, so I can use it with confidence. It's perfect for sensitive skin, especially when the seasons change. While I've always had the impression that cosmetics for sensitive skin or those suitable for sensitive skin are gentle but have a gradual effect, this serum really did work. I'm grateful that my pores are no longer noticeable. It does have a slight scent, but it's refreshing and I personally like it; it makes me want to take a deep breath. It's reasonably priced, so I'd like to keep it on hand and use it depending on my skin's condition.
The texture is a little thick like a lotion, and the moment I applied it to my skin, it became smooth and silky. I was amazed at how clear my skin was the next morning.
