Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used many beauty serums up until now, but this is the first time I've used one that moisturizes my skin so well and allows the lotion I use next to it to penetrate so easily. This is the first time I've ever woken up feeling my skin is so smooth.
After using it, my skin felt soft and toned, and my skincare products seemed to absorb better! It's not sticky and has a light texture, so I think it's easy to use in any season. ^^ Rather than making dramatic changes, I felt it was more of an introductory serum that would help improve my daily skincare routine.
I don't think there's any other product with such good value for money that claims to be an introductory whitening serum. While many serums come in dropper-type containers, this one is pump-type, making it easy to use. It's a little thick, but not sticky. One pump is all it takes to spread it evenly over the entire face. I'd like a more powerful whitening ingredient during the seasons when the UV rays are strongest, but I'd like to continue using this in the fall and winter. As for the effects, I didn't notice any obvious whitening, but I didn't experience any skin problems, and it was moisturizing, and I felt like my next lotion absorbed better.
I used to use Sofina's toner, but I ran out and wanted to try something else, so I browsed Suzykirei and found this product. Although there were only a few comments, everyone had positive reviews, so I bought it with high hopes. It turned out to be a great product. It has a smooth texture that blends in smoothly with my skin after washing my face. After use, my skin feels softer, allowing the lotion and serum I use next to penetrate better. It's also scentless, making it easy to use. It's great because it whitens and exfoliates, but if I use it morning and night, I'll probably finish one bottle quickly, so maybe it's not the best value for money? Still, I'll definitely buy it again.
