Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dry skin, but this product doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or oily after washing. It's very comfortable to use. It also has decent cleansing power. The price is just right, so I keep buying it.
Bobe Cleansing Oil is a cleansing serum made with 99% natural ingredients and a natural formula. It has a light texture and is easy to absorb. I love that it leaves my skin feeling moisturized without any tightness after washing. It can also be used as a cleanser in the morning and evening on makeup-free skin! Have you heard of the trending clean beauty trend? Bobe Skincare extracts and upcycles active ingredients from raw materials that would otherwise be discarded, and donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of these active ingredients to impoverished countries. I'm happy to learn about this wonderful initiative through my skincare routine.
For now, I have no plans to buy anything else. The scent is uncluttered and it feels great to wash with. It doesn't have a strong oily feel, so it feels like washing with a serum. It's not sticky, leaving just the necessary moisture. When emulsifying it around the nostrils, the roughness disappears. It's the best cleanser I've ever used. And most importantly, the design is cute! I'd be happy if they sold a larger version, which is why I gave it a rating of [6].
