Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried ulumee Glow Protein Hair Oil. The first thing that surprised me was how light it left my hair. Even though it's an oil, it didn't feel heavy at all, leaving my hair smooth and easy to run my fingers through. Even with thin hair, it wasn't sticky and was easy to manage. The shine was natural, and I liked how it kept my hair in place even on days when my ends tended to get a little frizzy. The scent was white musk jasmine.
