What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Thank you for winning the gift. It arrived around summer, and I was already using a lotion at the time, so I started using the lotion and emulsion together in the fall when I started to notice dryness. Skincare products that don't suit me can sometimes cause itching, but this worked without any problems. It's a large-capacity product, so I used it on my body, where dryness started to bother me on my knees and shins. It gently moisturized my skin, leaving it smooth and silky without any stickiness! I've been using this product since before the renewal. Now that dryness is a concern, I bought it again (although I've been cheating a bit). It's smooth, yet leaves skin feeling moisturized and hydrated. I like how well it absorbs. It seems it can be used by babies too. The pump-type container makes it easy to use, and it's good value for money. I'd like to continue using it for a while. It's a lotion that you can use with confidence.
It's a generously sized product with great value for money! The texture is very light and refreshing. The pump-type formula makes it easy to use after a bath! My skin gets sensitive around the change of seasons, but this product is gentle and doesn't strain my skin, which is great. I've been using it with the emulsion from the same line for three months, and I haven't experienced any stinging or skin problems. I also like how it's easy to use with serums and creams that require multiple applications.
The large bottle makes it easy to use and cost-effective. You can use it on areas other than your face without hesitation. It's smooth like water, but it absorbs well into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. I think it will be useful in the summer. My son, who suffers from dry skin, also uses it and says it's great. If I can use it all up and there are no problems, I might buy it again.
