Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's convenient when you just want to moisturize. The pump is easy to use.
I wanted to buy separate lotion, emulsion, etc., but buying everything would have been a huge expense... It's not a price I'd want to pay for something I use morning and night 365 days a year... I was struggling with this, and then I found this, which was a huge help. When I first opened it, I thought the smell was strong, but maybe I got used to it, or maybe the smell has gone away? Lately, it's been easy to use. With just this one bottle, I don't get the satisfying feeling of being fully moisturized, so I'm thinking I'll just supplement that with other items.
I use it on my body and face. It's moisturizing without being sticky, so it's easy to use. I also apply it after a bath to dry, scratchy areas, and they feel much better, so I plan to buy it again soon.
It's thick and easy to spread even when you take it in your hands without worrying about it dripping. One bush is enough to cover my entire face, so I think it lasts a long time. It doesn't seem to cause much irritation, so I'll decide whether to repurchase it once I've finished using it.
All-in-one products are so convenient and time-saving. I've been using them since the old bottle, and this is my third purchase. Layering them on doesn't dry out my skin. I keep one in my locker at the gym and apply it to my face and neck right after showering. It's non-irritating and safe to use, so it's a product I'd like to keep on hand.
