Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this at a pop-up this summer. I wanted to reassess my everyday hair care products, so I started with the mini protein balm. I used to have problems with the ends of the hair at the back of my head getting rough and tangled in the brush when I woke up, and it would break off, but after applying this balm and letting it dry, it became smooth and silky. It's a fairly hard balm, so I dispensed a small amount in the palm of my hand and rubbed it in before using it. The mini size makes it easy to carry around, so I'll be using it when I travel in the future!
