Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to get a complete set of soap-removing cosmetics, and it's also great to use.
I've been using this product since the pre-renewal version. It comes with two brushes, one hard and one soft, which makes it easy to apply, and I like the olive gray color, which is a natural color that's rare even among similar products. However, the price has gone up a little, and the addition of a lighter color that wasn't available before has made me hesitant to repurchase it in the future. I think the lighter color is for shading, but I only wanted it as a stylish olive gray eyebrow powder that's unique, so I'm disappointed that the total amount of that has been reduced. The color combination seems to have ended up being similar to the cheaper K○TE.
I bought it because the reviews were good! I've used Naturaglace skincare products in the past, but this is my first time using their makeup. They have a gentle image, so I was wondering how the color would pay off, but it was amazing! My hair is dark brown, so I initially thought I'd buy the brown one, but the eyebrow products I'd been using were also brown, and for some reason I felt they didn't quite fit, so I decided to go for the olive one! This seems to suit me, and my eyebrows look prettier than usual! I'm not good at drawing eyebrows, but just having the right color created a sense of unity! This product taught me that olive suits me, even though I have a warm undertone!
It's very easy to apply, but I think it would have been better if it didn't have the brightest color. I preferred the two colors before the renewal!
I was using Etvos eyebrow pencil, but I wasn't sure when to replace it, so I switched to this. It's good value for money and has great color payoff, so I have no complaints!
