Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've repurchased many bottles of the product before the renewal. No matter which color I choose, it blends in well with my skin and doesn't make my eyebrows stand out. Before the renewal, the lid would crack easily and I would lose it easily, but this one hasn't cracked yet. I hope it continues to improve.

Even though I don't have any eyebrows, I was able to create natural eyebrows. It's best to use powder on thin brows and pencil on brows that don't grow.
I bought this because it had good reviews. I have dark hair, so I bought it to use with a gray-toned eyebrow mascara. The color was just right. However, the oval-shaped pencil is a little difficult to apply.
