Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was attracted by the cute packaging and purchased #13 Mauve Grape. The texture is lighter than I expected, with a moisturizing feel and less stickiness, making it very comfortable to wear! (This is my personal opinion compared to L'Orange glosses.) When applied to the lips, the color isn't as noticeable as it appears in the official image, but if you apply it after covering up the color with concealer or lip base, the original gloss color will likely come through. Because of its light texture, it may start to dry quickly. It has a reddish hue that seems more like a mauve berry than a mauve grape. It may just be that it blends in and evens out the unevenness, but I feel like the surface becomes more glossy, like a thin film has formed on the surface, after a while rather than immediately after application! It's sheer and super cute (^_-)-☆ The only downside is that the amount of gloss on the tip is small, so you have to reapply it 2-3 times to get a full coverage (>_<) On the plus side, it's easy to adjust! The scent is a bit peach-like, which might bother some, but once applied, there's no particular smell or strange taste!
