Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a foaming face wash, so it's easy to use. I usually use a moisturizing cleanser, so this is perfect.
The foam is a bit sticky and unreliable for washing my face, and I don't really like the scent, but I'm busy in the mornings and wanted to save time by not lathering it up, so I bought it. It's convenient, and it doesn't cause any problems for my skin, so I use it.
It's easy to use because it produces a soft, fluffy foam without the need for lathering. The foam doesn't lose its consistency, so it cleanses thoroughly while blending into the skin. It's gentle and moisturizing without making the skin feel tight. It's also reasonably priced, so I keep buying it.
