Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won the X campaign and received this product. Thank you! I've used it a few times, but it does irritate my sensitive skin a little. There are some retinol serums that don't irritate me, so I don't know if it's the retinol or the other ingredients in the gel. Looking at the ingredients list, it seems to contain alcohol, so that might be it... As for the effect, as someone who normally uses a lot of different products, I felt that using just this one product was not enough. It seems like it would be better to apply a generous amount as a final cream. I thought it would be great to be able to use just this one product when you're not feeling motivated...!!
My mother is a big fan of Dr. Ci:Labo, and I occasionally borrowed it, but it was a perfect match for my skin. My mother has been using it for years, and compared to women of her age, she has almost no wrinkles. I also used it, and the next day my skin was radiant and firm. I was looking for a "highly concentrated" "cream" and found this. I used C-Labo gel when I was younger, but this was my first time using the cream. It's highly concentrated and provides excellent moisturizing. A rich cream is definitely best for people my age. Thanks to it (?), my skin check on Suzykirei showed that I looked 5 years younger than my actual age!
I received this cream the other day, so I'd like to review it! It's been about a week since I started using it. The more I continue using it, the more my skin's elasticity has clearly improved, and I feel like the dryness I experience in winter has been alleviated. It's not cheap, but I was impressed with how good this cream is! It has a lovely lemon-like scent, and the texture is soft and bouncy, making it very comfortable to use.
