Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a gift and it was so good I bought it. I have sensitive skin and acne tends to get worse quickly, but this product helped it heal faster and not get worse.
I bought this during an official VT sale. It's a garlic patch with dissolving needles. Even though it has needles, I didn't feel any tingling or pain. There's no garlic smell, so don't worry. I stuck it on my acne and went to sleep. The next morning, it wasn't completely cured, but it had calmed down a little, which I was happy about. The needles also dissolved properly! It comes in a pack of three 14mm patches and six 17mm patches. You can see the actual size on the back of the package.
