How to use
（1）将脸部打湿，取适量洁面乳（约3厘米）于干净的掌心，加水或温水揉搓起泡。（2）轻柔地清洗整个面部，注意不要揉搓泡沫。（3）用清水或温水彻底冲洗干净。*少量多次加水或温水，并揉搓起泡，直至产生细腻丰富的泡沫。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use it after cleansing. The fluffy foam leaves my skin feeling moisturized, so I think it's great for those who are concerned about tightness and dryness when double cleansing.
As expected from Minon, it creates a wonderful lather and leaves my skin feeling moisturized without any irritation. It's not as popular as toners or emulsions, but I really like it. Foaming cleansers tend to run out quickly, so I prefer the traditional paste type. Using a foaming net creates a good lather, so I'm very satisfied.
I received this as a gift from suzykirei! It's been a while since I last used a foaming face wash, and the foam is so thick and fluffy that washing my face feels great! My skin feels moisturized after washing, and my skin has been feeling great since I started using it, so I think this might be a good fit for my skin! I plan to buy it again.
I've been using this product since before the renewal. It doesn't make my skin feel tight and it's moisturized even after rinsing, which I love. I have sensitive skin and if I use products that don't suit me, it gets irritated easily, so I'll continue to use it!
This was my first time using Minon's facial cleanser. Even with a foaming net, the foam was loose and difficult to handle. My skin felt moisturized after washing, which I think is perfect for the coming season.
