Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a spray-type lotion, and I feel like it's not as moisturizing as I thought it would be.
I saw a YouTube video of Herahera Sanjuushi and heard it was produced by Saorin, so I decided to buy it. It's a spray type that contains ceramides, and its selling point seems to be its convenience. It's true that it sprays quickly and absorbs into the skin, so it saves time. However, it's not very moisturizing... so I tend to spray a lot, so it's not very cost-effective. Rather than using it on a daily basis, I use it when I feel dry during the day, or when I'm tired and want a quick skincare routine. There are a lot of spray-type lotions out there these days, so I'm wondering if this product is the only option.
I used this along with the cleansing foam when I was struggling with acne. This mist lotion is my go-to for rough skin. [Usage and Irritation] I found it extremely reassuring that I could use it without any irritation, even when my skin was inflamed. The spray-type formula minimizes the amount of time my hands touch my skin, which is especially beneficial for acne-prone skin. [Mist Quality] The mist that comes out when you push it is very fine, and it spreads evenly across my face, making it very easy to use. It gently hydrates, leaving my skin feeling soothed. [Overall Review] This is an excellent product that gently cares for acne-prone skin and restores its moisture balance. The mist quality and non-irritating nature have made me trust this series even more. I recommend it for daily care for acne-prone skin.
The spray type is also easy to apply as it's just a quick application. I used a different lotion in the fall and winter, but I plan to use this one in the spring and summer.
