Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's on the matte side, but not too matte, and has a soft, soufflé-like texture. It doesn't feel too dry. However, it does come off a little easily, which is a bit of a concern. I think Shu's Kinukea Glow Up has better color retention.
I like gloss, but sometimes I want a matte finish. It's definitely a soft matte that doesn't dry out! But it's not that impressive. I was hoping for a more reddish pink, but on my lips it turned out a little yellowish and beige. The staying power was average. It was just right for a change of mood.

The versatile Lip Over Lip also has a beautiful finish and I'm satisfied. I like a glossy finish and have never tried a matte lipstick before. I wanted a beige lipstick with an orange tint, and when I happened to try this, I found that the color matched well with my other makeup, so I wanted one too. I bought it from Suzykirei on the spot. After it arrived, the texture was smooth and not at all uncomfortable. It's really beautiful and satisfying. I layered gloss on top to get a glossy finish, but it didn't come off. I think it's a good color for people who like natural looks.
