Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received Ochre 03 from Suzykirei. It doesn't have the heavy scent that foundations from the past often have, and it's light and comfortable to wear. I'm new to cushion foundations, but it applied evenly, and with two coats it had enough coverage to make blemishes unnoticeable! The only thing I'm disappointed about is the limited color options. Even Ochre 03 is quite strong. I wish they'd add a lighter pink to the lineup!
It's easy to use, with just a light dab of the product and it adheres firmly to the skin. I love that it can be applied both by dabbing and by spreading it out. It will be useful on busy mornings.
This is my first cushion foundation. I'm still not used to applying it to the thin sponge. But it lasts well and the coverage is adjustable, so it might be good. It's a brand I like, so I'd like to get used to it. One thing that bothers me is that when I open the lid of the case and then open the inner lid, the refill container seems to come off along with it. It would be fine if I just wasn't used to it.
Thank you for the product I received from Suzykirei. I've been using it for about a week, so I'll write my review. Just a little bit of the puff and applying it gave me more coverage than I expected, and by layering it, I didn't need a concealer. It almost completely conceals redness and blemishes. In winter, it's dry, so I only needed to powder my T-zone. However, it does come off when I wear a mask. I can also use it to touch up my makeup, and it beautifully fixed the fine lines that appeared from dryness under my eyes in the evening. It's a little big to carry around, but it's very convenient.
I won a giveaway! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity! I think this foundation is perfect for those who are concerned about pores! I personally have sagging pores, but it adheres to my skin immediately after application, so I didn't need any special technique—just dabbing it in beautifully conceals them. It doesn't smudge or dry out my pores, and the finish is a beautiful, semi-glossy finish. It's thin, so it barely covers blemishes. It doesn't make my skin look as pale as Korean cushion foundations, but it does naturally brighten my skin. While I'm happy with the feel, there are a few things I feel are lacking: Low SPF, the inner lid is too hard, so the refill comes off, and it has no staying power, so touch-ups are a necessity. If they could improve these three points, this would be a foundation I'd use forever!! The price is also within a reasonable range, so if you're a foundation shy person who is concerned about pores, it's definitely worth trying!!
