How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I often use this when I travel! The sheets are thick and large, so one sheet is enough to remove a lot of makeup! Just wipe it off and it removes makeup thoroughly, and it doesn't dry out your skin. However, if you just remove it with a sheet, it leaves a sticky feeling, so washing your face is essential!
I use this when I'm tired and don't feel like removing makeup. It feels refreshing to use. It removes base makeup, but it was difficult to remove point makeup. It doesn't completely remove makeup with just one product. It's easy to use, but if you don't moisturize immediately after use, your skin will become dry.
