Carte HD 保湿乳液：洁面后，按压2-3次于掌心或化妆棉上，轻轻按摩至吸收。为达到最佳效果，可将脸部包裹在掌心按摩。本产品为含有肝素类活性成分的保湿产品，并非药品。如不慎入眼，请立即用清水冲洗。请勿置于高温或阳光直射处。Carte HD 保湿乳液：涂抹乳液后，取约100日元硬币大小的量于掌心，轻轻按摩至吸收。为达到最佳效果，可将脸部包裹在掌心按摩至吸收。本产品为含有肝素类活性成分的保湿产品，并非药品。如内容物难以取出，请在使用前轻轻敲击容器底部。如不慎入眼，请立即用清水冲洗。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
