Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin felt plump the next morning, and I was impressed by how stable it was even during dry seasons. After using it all up, I couldn't forget the feeling, so I bought a second bottle for myself. The scent is elegant, and it makes daily skincare a pleasure. The price is a little high, but considering the effectiveness and satisfaction, it's worth it. It's a product I want to continue using in the future.

I've used up the whole bottle, so I'll write a review. The Lancôme serum left me with red bumps on my skin and didn't really suit my skin, but I was able to use up the lotion without any skin problems. I felt that it was moisturizing and firming. I don't think I'll be buying it again.
Beauty lotion...it's really a beauty lotion! You can buy Lancôme's favorite lotion at a trial price! Of course you'll buy it. It comes with two small bottles. I opened one and tilted it without thinking, and it spilled out...! I wasted a ton! (sweats) Everyone, please be careful when you take it out. When you spread it on your face, it's truly a beauty lotion! It looks watery at first glance, but it's incredibly thick, and I was like, "Huh? Is this really a lotion? Is this not a serum?" I had to check. It feels like you've got both a lotion and a serum in one bottle. It's moisturizing, tones your skin, and gives you peace of mind. If you think of it as the equivalent of two bottles of lotion and serum, it may not be that expensive, but it still takes a lot of courage to buy the full product...! I'm hesitating...!
