Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even though I have sensitive skin, this Mediheal mask is safe for me, as it leaves my skin bright and radiant, so I use it on days when I have to wear makeup for a long time or when I feel like I've been exposed to UV rays in the winter. I love Mediheal masks and have used many different types, but I bought this one again because it's a time-saving type and I think the results are of high quality.
It's incredibly moisturizing. My skin has been getting more sensitive lately, but I haven't had any problems using this mask. It also has a lovely scent.
It's great that my makeup doesn't flake off after using this.
