Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love it so much that I keep buying it in stock. It's my favorite toner and it's the one I've found to suit my skin best so far. I have oily skin that tends to get shiny easily, so I really like the refreshing texture. I've been using it since I got sunburned in the summer, and as the name suggests, it's a toner that gives you bright, milky white skin. I plan to keep using it as long as my skin type doesn't change.

I've been curious about glutathione toner, so I bought one to try. MEDIHEAL's toner is a perfect size at 300ml. It's a mix of milk ingredients and glutathione, so it's highly moisturizing! Because it's a toner, it feels light on the skin, but it feels as moisturizing as if you're wearing a refreshing lotion. It feels like my skin is completely covered. My pores feel a little tighter than usual (this is my personal opinion). If you're looking for a moisturizing toner, I recommend MEDIHEAL's toner. The scent is also mild, perhaps because it contains milk.
The smooth texture spreads easily and blends well with the skin, leaving it feeling non-sticky! *All comments on usage are personal opinions.
I was curious about this product because a famous YouTuber was raving about it, so I bought it. It's amazing! I recommend it to people who don't get enough moisture from their regular lotion. It's moisturizing, but it didn't cause any breakouts.
