Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It specializes in calming. I would like to buy it again, but it's not sold in many places. Mediheal sheet masks are still good.
Derma Synergy Wrapping Mask Calming is a sheet mask that I can rely on when I feel like my skin is going to be rough. It's packed with liquid, but it's not sticky and has a cooling, soothing feeling on the skin, which is great because it doesn't irritate even sensitive skin!
I always buy retinol masks, but this time I bought the tea tree x cica mask! It's incredibly soothing. I'll definitely buy this again.
It's neither good nor bad, just a regular, ordinary pack.
I used this product because I had a few pimples. The sheet was thin and difficult to spread, but it adhered tightly and didn't come off during the 15 minutes I had it on. I'm not sure if it worked on the pimples, but it did make my skin feel hydrated.
