Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The sheet is thin and adheres well to the skin, making it easy to use. The liquid is also moisturizing, so it's very moisturizing. My skin felt moisturized the next day and not dry out, which was great.
I bought this mask because my usual one was sold out. I didn't notice any amazing results, but it does moisturize.
The viscosity of the liquid is just right, so the sheet adheres well. I personally found it nice that after using it on my face, I could stick it on my neck and use it with a hair dryer without it slipping off my neck. There is a large amount of liquid, so I was able to moisturize my whole body with the leftover liquid. I didn't notice a dramatic change to my skin, but I was able to use it without any problems with the moisturizing effect or skin problems.
I bought this at a variety store. The sheet is sturdy and doesn't come off easily. The liquid is just the right amount of moisturizing, and it leaves my skin feeling soft. It's not sticky, so I'm interested in trying different types. I'm not sure how effective it will be yet, but I'd like to try different ones.
I forgot some of my skincare products when I was staying overnight, so I bought some at the supermarket. There are different types with different ingredients, which is interesting. It was helpful for a temporary solution. I didn't have any particular problems, so I think it's a good product.
