Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is a thin, smooth mask. It adheres tightly to the skin. It feels like it keeps moisture in. However, I couldn't tell the effect the next morning. There are sheet masks that leave your skin in good condition the next morning thanks to the mask you used the night before, so I'll rate it as decent considering the price. I still had some left over after applying the remaining serum to my body, so I shared it with my family.
It specializes in moisturizing. I really like it, but the only downside is that it's not sold in many places.
The thickness and size of the sheet are just right and it's easy to use.
I was pleased that the mask didn't slip off and the eye holes were securely attached.
It was a surprisingly thick pack, but it didn't sting and I was able to use it. I can leave it on for 20 minutes, which is good for my skin. I couldn't buy the Mediheal mask I used before, so I bought this one, and I'm glad I did.
