Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've bought the 7-pack many times. I wanted to try the slightly more luxurious individual packaging, so I bought this one. I think it keeps my skin moist longer than the 7-pack. It might be good for those occasions when you want to feel luxurious.
Of all the convenient sheet masks, the Purea series is by far my favorite! It has very little of that weird moist feeling and feels refreshing to use. I feel like each series is equally effective, but personally I like the pink one the best! It's so easy to use and yet leaves my skin glowing! This one is individually wrapped and the sheet is different! It's kind of like the jelly-like kind you find in the more expensive sheet masks these days. I'm buying this one extra for when I travel!

I saw a great value comparison set on Suzykirei shopping, so I bought it for the first time, but because I bought it without looking closely, about half of it was for spot use, not the whole face. I was happy with the full face version, so it was a bit disappointing. The product itself isn't bad, but I think I might buy something different next time. For now, it was a large set, so I'll wait until I've used it all before making a decision.
