Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm using the four-color case from before the refurbishment, but I decided to get this one as well. I think the smoke black is stylish. The size is not much different. Since swapping them out isn't that much of a hassle, I plan to use this one, which lets you see the color from the outside, and the one from before the refurbishment with the mirror.
This case holds four Addiction single-color eyeshadows. You set the eyeshadows by peeling off the sticker on the back, but once they're in place, they can't be removed. The case has a little bit of room, so they shifted slightly, but it's impossible to fix. If they were removable and interchangeable, like a custom palette, I'd give it 6 or 7 stars.
It got so scratched that it fell apart, so I bought a new one. Is there any way to prevent it from getting scratched?
It's nice that it's clear and you can see the contents inside. Other than that, I think it's neither good nor bad.
I had some favorite 4-color single eyeshadows, so I put them all together. I also managed to fit eyeshadows from 6 or 7 years ago when they had cheap packaging, so I think I can store all of my pre- and post-renewal eyeshadows together. There's a small gap in the middle, but it's not that noticeable. I reattached the sticker on the back of the single eyeshadow myself, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who want perfect results lol.
